Everett Fire Victim Identified, Cause of Death Accidental

The Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the man killed in a fire at a duplex on Fleming street as 53-year-old Daniel K. Terrell. The M. E. listed the cause of death as smoke inhalation and the manner as accidental. Everett Fire investigators determined the fire started in Terrell’s kitchen. They have not yet released the exact cause of the fire.
