The Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the man struck and killed by a car on the Boeing Freeway this morning as 55-year-old Robert G. Vincler of Marysville. As of 5am the Boeing Freeway is closed at Seaway in the eastbound direction as police investigate a possible fatal car pedestrian accident. There have been multiple spin outs due to icy roadways.
