Wind Advisory For Everett is Over – No Major Damage

While there were scattered power outages the wind did not cause a lot of problems in Everett today. Things were much worse on Whidbey Island where The Seattle Times is reporting an 8 year old girl was killed by a falling tree. Here’s the Everett forecast for the rest of today and into next week

Tonight: A 50 percent chance of showers before 4am. Cloudy, with a low around 36. South wind between 5 and 8 mph.

Monday: A 40 percent chance of rain after 10am. Cloudy, with a high near 42. South southeast wind around 9 mph.

Monday Night: Rain. Low around 37. South southeast wind around 13 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%.

Tuesday: Rain. High near 42. South southeast wind around 9 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%
