Downtown Everett Christmas Tree Well Hung

Additional bracing and support went up under the tree over the intersection of Hewitt and Colby in downtown Everett this morning. Earlier this month the city had decided not to put the tree up after concerns about the support structure under the tree. Everett city engineers came up with an improved bracing system and public works crews put the tree up this morning to keep a long time holiday tradition alive in downtown Everett.
