i was in my house on 3220 lombard upstairs when it happened and noticed the fight going on and i went out to check it out then 6 or 7 cop cars including a sniper officer as back up then i figure it could be a drug deal gone bad. it has something to do with the blue house on lombard next to the vacant house boarded up where they do their drugs or business.
