Firearms Found During Arrest of Everett Murder Suspects

David Jones Pedersen is still missing and considered endangered

Victim’s husband still missing, Couple called persons of interest in Oregon teen’s murder. The Appeal-Democrat newspaper in Marysville, CA is reporting that three firearms were found in the car containing 31-year-old David Joseph Pedersen and 24-year-old Holly Ann Grigsby. The two were apprehended by a California State Trooper yesterday afternoon. Meanwhile in Oregon, the Statesman-Journal in Springfield has the story of how the two are connected to the disappearance of a teen whose body was discovered yesterday, “We can say without a doubt that a vicious, vile reign of terror on the West Coast of the United States has come to an end,” Yamhill County Sheriff’s Capt. Ken Summers said during a press conference Wednesday evening. “The predators are off the streets.” Everett Police Detectives have been in Oregon and are expected to be on the way to California to interview the couple. There is still no indication of what’s happened to David Jones Pederson, the husband of murder victim Leslie Pedersen and father of suspect David Joseph Pedersen. He was reportedly last seen at his home in the Mobile Country Club Park on the weekend of September 24th-25th. Police are still searching for his black Jeep.
