Everett utilities to add electronic bill pay

Mom, what's a check?

The Everett city council is set to vote tonight to approve an agreement between the city and Metavante, a Wisconsin corporation, to offer online bill pay for utility customers. Currently there are only two ways to pay your utility bill in Everett. By mail or in person. This agreement will allow customers to pay online with a credit card or bank draft from a checking or savings account. The initial set up will cost the city $45,000.00. In the future, the system may be expanded to let you pay building permits, licensing fees and other Everett service payments online. [ad#Google Adsense]
