Four Separate Arson Fires in Near Everett High This Morning

Four separate fires were set in the area behind the Everett High School Gym early this morning. Everett Fire Marshall Rick Robinson tells us that the first calls came in at 2:51am and crews found fires in 2 garbage cans, a couch and a pile of recyclables all around the area of Rockefeller between 24th and 25th. Two engines put out the fires and now the search is on for the arsonist. Robinson he believes it was probably kids and that these types of fires happen around this time of year. He reminds people to be sure to set their recyclables out a good distance from your home.
